Why don’t you do on-site work?
With onsite accounting and bookkeeping, work can only be done at set times. By moving exclusively to remote work, we are able to guarantee a 24h turnaround for our clients’ requests.
Why do you have set monthly billing?
Hourly billing can vary substantially from month to month, depending on the time of year which can make it difficult to forecast and budget. We spread out the cost of all bookkeeping and accounting services for the entire year into a simple, predictable, monthly cost.
Do you do catch up work for previous years?
Yes, we are able to catch up bookkeeping or tax filings for previous years when required. We have a look at the scale of the work before we start and will provide you with an estimate of the cost to do the work.
Do you do personal income tax returns?
Yes we do!
Do you provide Quickbooks training?
Definitely! Whether it’s Quickbooks online, or Quickbooks Desktop, we can schedule however much training you feel you will need to be comfortable with either program.
How do you secure my files and financial information?
Ensuring the safety of our clients’ information is our top priority. We use the best possible programs and systems to ensure the highest standard of data security.
Can I expense my hair cuts?
No. We surprisingly get this question a lot, and sadly you cannot expense your hair cuts.
